HOT BUFFALO TOES

Ingredients:
  3 lbs. freshly butchered human toes, body-temperature and blanched
  1 quart red chile pepper sauce, the hotter the better
  1 quart red wine vinegar
    garlic, salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
  Combine ingredients and marinate over night.
      (A bath tub works well for larger batches.)
  Deep fry in batches, turning once. Approx. 20 minutes total.

Option:
  For lighter fare: bake instead of fry in 375° oven for 30 minutes.

Serve on a bed of fresh lettuce with a side of celery stalks and blue cheese dressing.
